Members Area Access
Once you purchase the program, you will have online access to the online members area for 1 year from your date of purchase.  You may download and keep of copy of the videos on your computer for your personal use only for as long as you wish.

Refund Policy for the Graphics Creation Workshop Online Course
We want you to be successful in the program and create your own graphics. We offer a 45 day refund period to allow you to evaluate the program. The 45 day period starts on your date of purchase, during which time if you decide this program is not for you, simply contact us by email and let us know why and request a refund. We will give you your full money back.

After 45 days following the date of purchase, all payments are non-refundable regardless if you complete the program or not, and you are responsible for full payment of the fees for the program. We will NOT provide refunds after the refund period. If you decide your purchase was not the right decision, please email our support team and let us know you’d like a refund by the last day of the 45 days at midnight Eastern Time. The email address is support@websitecreationworkshop.com.  All refunds are discretionary as determined by the staff of the Graphics Creation Workshop. Refund Policy for the RENEW: Graphics Creation Workshop Online Course
Since you have been through the Graphics Creation Workshop before, the RENEW: Graphics Creation Workshop Training Program enrollment fee is non-refundable.

Refund Policy for the Graphics Creation Workshop In Person Workshop
Because of the intimate gathering, limited space and the catering requirements there will not be a refund available for the live, in person Graphics Creation Workshop. But if something comes up and you’re unable to make it, simply email my team at support@websitecreationworkshop.com no later than 2 weeks before the event letting us know that you won’t be able to make it and we’ll apply your registration fee to one of our future workshops.  Alternatively, you can gift your seat to a friend. Just let us know by email (support@websitecreationworkshop.com). So please check your calendar before you purchase and make sure you can come.

Email Policy
When purchasing any product from Website Creation Workshop and/or Graphics Creation Workshop you automatically give us your permission to send you emails. You may remove this consent at anytime. We keep your email address private and will not give or sell the information to anyone.
